To place an order on-line
When you are ready to buy an item, simply click the "Buy Now" button. Your shopping cart will be displayed and the item(s) will be added to your shopping cart. There you will also be able to specify the amount of products you wish to purchase. You can now continue shopping or checkout.

Shipping
Shipping of our products is FREE! We use United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping service provider.

Item Availability
As every piece is individually handmade when ordered pieces ship within 10 days of payment. If you need a rush piece- contact us and we'll probably be able to expedite the order.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry you may return it within 10 business days for a full refund. All jewelry must be unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received. The Bead of the Soul is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.

Repairs
All repairs will be handled within 10 business days and sent back to the buyer.  Most repairs are free but there may be a small replacement fee for pendants.
